Our clients trust us with their personal and professional lives, and we honour that trust through a process that has been designed with transparency at its core. Before starting our coaching sessions, we will sign a contract that stipulates our pledge to hold your information confidential.

Coaching Formats and Outcomes

We have finessed our coaching format over the years by leveraging feedback from clients alongside tried and tested global coaching methodologies. Through research, we have found that in order to curate a tailored action plan clients need to commit to a minimum of six sessions.

During these sessions we will empower clients to:
